Vernal had confided into someone while having a phone conversation and had started talking about the same lugnut story he told PI Klein, however he had mentioned a driveway, working on his car, and a house. The problem is, he told Klein all this happened at camp and of course left out the house, car, and driveway. Why would you mention the same story but in two different settings and knowingly that this particular story happened only one time. Why the lies, why such weird behavior when his truck is mentioned or when he is describing it? It has been confirmed that blood showed up on the truck with Luminol, but had been washed down. Vernal then gave the truck back after only having it for a week and had it scrapped for metal all within 10 days of Deorr being reported missing.
