How trustworthy are some of the witnesses in Deorr's case?

Witnesses were asked if they had seen Deorr or not during the supposed camping trip and stop into town, but are they even credible?

Rebecca Cox, the store owner, and the worker is said to have prostituted her Step-Daughter back in 1992 and has Molestation 1st Degree 2counts, Rape 1st Degree 2counts, Forgery, and theft on her record.

We're wondering if she too knows more or helped, as it is rumored many knew Rebecca Cox, including Vernal's Dad Dennis as well as Isaac, Penner, and more.
