Why did Trina remove this profile picture within 5minutes of her putting it up?

This seems to be a picture of part of a creek. Is that where Deorr is or is this just a random non-important picture of not much to look at and was a good enough pic to make it a profile pic? But then why delete it within 5minutes? Only a few were able to capture this image before it was removed. 

Where is this pic taken and why was it worthy of being a profile pic? Was it removed because it gave away a location of interest to others?
