QUESTION OF THE DAY

QUESTION OF THE DAY: 8/27/2022

Why is Vernal coaching Jess?

If the parents have nothing to hide, then why cover up any part of the story to make it fit?

It seems that Jess has been trying to tell the truth many times, but is ultimately shut down by Vernal and is redirected on what to say or not to say. He is definitely the talker, but get Jess alone in an interview, she will point the finger at Vernal, not Isaac or Grandpa.

It's heartbreaking to hear that Jess uses the word "Was."

To be honest, it has for a while, looked like the parents have happily moved on with their lives. Jess remarries within 6-8months after Deorr was reported missing and Vernal got himself a Van life. Oh, and there are no pics of Deorr on this van that we can see.

We wish we could hear these answers from Jess herself, as to why all the confusion about what really went down while she was at the creek alone. Is she covering for Vernal? Is that why she at times points the finger at him and sometimes not?
